romney did it, shamefully during the campaign. and i think in times of crisis, we need to pull together as americans. our ambassador was killed and three other patriots were killed and i don't think either side should try to use it for partisan political purposes. i think this kind of gotcha politics really the american people are really turned off by it. i want to say this before this committee, that barack obama was no more responsible for what happened in benghazi than george w. bush was during 9/11 or ronald reagan was when more than 200 marines were murdered in beirut. it doesn't happen under anybody's watch. terrible things happen and we have to again try to fix them. i look at this report and the accountability review board is something that makes an attempt to do that. i don't care if the administration officials call it terrorism or didn't call it terrorism but i have seen things where president obama use the word terrorism the day after it happened. but that's not important. what's important is that there should be no mo
